From Jenny: Aquarium Staff Parking and Building Entrance
Hello Volunteers,
This is a friendly reminder of where to park under the Taylor / Southgate bridge - Aquarium Employee parking lot.
You will notice many changes have taken place, please take a moment to read this note.
The Aquarium has 55 spots on the south side of the parking lot - the city of Newport has the rest. You may park in the designated area for Aquarium Employee Parking (see figure below) under the following conditions:
| • |
Volunteers can only park during their volunteer shift. (not when you are seeing a movie, lunch/dinner on the levee or reds ball game etc). |
| • |
You must have your red parking pass hanging from your rear view mirror - not tucked in the dashboard. This must be visible. |
| • |
Do not leave any valuables in your car and make sure you lock your car. If the parking lot is full, you may park in the old Riverside Ford Lot (this parking lot is on the Northwest corner of 4th & Columbia). Again, your parking pass must be visible on your rear view mirror. |
| • |
If you drive a motorcycle, you must see Jenny Greber prior to your visit to the Aquarium
and a decal will be given to you for the windshield. |
| • |
Do not forget to have your parking pass visible on your dashboard when you park in the employee lot - remember it is a $95.00 fee to get your car. |

Aquarium Staff Parking
NOTE In 3rd aisle the first five spaces are for Aquarium Cast Members only. Aquarium parking does not include the metered spaces.
