Honorary Captain

Holter Graham of Planet Green

Co-Host of Planet Green's Wasted, Holter Graham is an actor who has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood, but his success doesn't mean that dumpster diving is beneath him. From taking a dip in a polluted canal to wiggling his fingers in worm poop, this charismatic conservationist will do anything to teach people how to go green. Holter doesn't just talk about being eco-friendly, he walks the walk with an incredibly tiny eco-footprint, having run his New York City home solely on alternative energy for the past three years. Holter also invests in environmental technology and businesses and is certified as a motorcycle and auto mechanic, using his knowledge to green many of his own vehicles over the years. However, when he wants to get around town, he's fit enough to do so without an automobile, green or not; he recently broke the three and a half-hour mark while running in the New York City Marathon.

Holter has been working in film (leads in Stephen King's Maximum Overdrive and the Oscar-nominated Fly Away Home, to name two), television, and stage since 1985. He voices numerous audio books as well as commercials and narrations. He has a bachelor's degree in English and a Master of Fine Arts in writing, and he is also president of his local AFTRA union and has toured the world with the transmedia arts group VisionIntoArt, with whom he serves as actor, staging collaborator and translator. Holter and his wife live in New York City, where he says "there are too many people and not enough trees.
